Today in the industry Drake stands out as a genius both musically and creatively. His drive and energy put Canada on the map, everyone knows about the “6” because of him and that it’s a reference to the city of Toronto. The theme for this illustration was actually based on Drake’s song “Energy” from his 2015 mixtape If You're Reading This It's Too Late. The circuit lines and the buildings in the background represent the life, power and electricity that fuels him as a performer and lyricist. That energy gives Drake his voice and his place as an icon in the world today.
